This book is about Matthiu and how he became the happiest man in the world. It also explains how your brain works for example; like riding a bike. If you turn left you tend to turn right, when you turn around a corner and your mind tells you to turn back into the same way. It also talks about meditation and visualisation.
In the book it tells you to pretend to be your favourite mountain e.g. Mt Everest and how it stays still and calm that is what you are supposed to do it when you meditate. Some people asked the monks if they should meditate with their eyes open or with them closed. They replied that there are many advantages and disadvantages to using both techniques, the choice is totally up to you.
The only reason I chose this book is because the title captured my mind so I can learn how to master it in one hundred minutes and how to meditate to be a calm positive person and have a better personality.
