When I think of 'The Dead Ways', I think of Zombies, Death Lords, secret organisations and a group of four that will try to bring all of them down. Scott is the main character is kidnapped but manages to escape. Once he tells his father, his father starts acting very suspiciously. Not too long after that Scott's father is murdered while working on a project that will change England forever. Scott doesn't believe his father's death came naturally and investigates. During his investigation he makes new friends and with his friends he finds out that the government's project, - 'The Greening of the Roads Project' - where all roads will be demolished and replaced with trains. By destroying the roads a door will be unlocked and Death Lords will be released to destroy England. Only Scott and his friends can stop the door being unlocked. Weird and impossible things begin to happen.  Can Scott and his friends stop it and return things to normal?
This is a great book that I recommend to anyone who likes Zombies, Mystery and Supernatural books.
