Starters is based after a war. This war led to spore missiles being launched carrying a deadly disease.  When people found out about the launch they flocked to be immunised but it was decided that the elderly and the very young were to be immunised. Only some of those in the ages between were immunised. After the war the elderly took over and they can live for hundreds of years as Enders. These Enders control everything even the bodies of the youth. A secret company nicknamed 'The Body Bank' is paying youth (also known as Starters) to allow Enders to take over their body for short periods of time.
But when Callie gets caught up in assassination plots, enslavement plots and an new life she knows nothing of, she has to learn quick if she is to survive and bring down the very people she works for. This is a one of a kind book that gets better and better the further you read into it. I would recommend it to experienced readers who enjoy something out of the ordinary. There is no way to properly capture this book in words. This review is nothing compared to the book.
