2. What is the main idea of the story? (use examples/quotes from the text):
The idea of this story, Divergent is not only on telling us about five factions they lived in but about bringing peace about figuring out the truth, what's right and what's wrong.
"Divergent is a captivating, fascinating book that kept me in constant suspense and was never shot on surprise.."-James Dashner
3.Discuss a character that created a strong reaction:(use examples/quotes from the text):
This is exactly the sort of unflinching and fierce heroine I love. Tris stood out in her action- packed, thrilling and emotionally honest journey to determine what she wants to be in a society that demands she conform.
4.Something unique and interesting about the story/book for readers to know:(Use examples/quotes from the text)
"Divergent' was not only captivating but was a taut and shiveringly read. Yes, you see other books related to divergent but it was unique, not to only have 5 factions, but at the age of 16 you had one choice, decide your friends, define your beliefs and determine your loyalties.
5. Who do you think would enjoy this book and why? (age, gender, interests):
I could say girls would like this book due to the main character being a girl but I would recommend this to anyone. Its an awesome read from 13 - 18+ years.
